I am truly impressed by the competence of those who plan the traffic, and also by how the citizens drive, with conscience and diligence. Just a round of applause and a greeting. I would be PROUD if I were Japanese of this road system.
Absolutely beautiful view from the interstate/freeway. I find the light but humming sound the car makes against the pavement as well as its gentle stops and starts very soothing and stress relieving. Having listened to rain showers and white noise for relaxation, this video combines visuals into the experience. These 4k drives are available in big cities around the world, some of my favorites so far are Stockholm and Chicago.
So calming. Oh those roads are so smooth, i didnt see single pothole. There isnt just 1 km in such good condition where i live in Slovakia. Different world, different galaxy.
As a Japanese living in foreign country, I estimate the reason of free traffic jam is that this video was taken in the covid-19 pandemic era in Japan so amount of traffic was decreased significantly. And April 30 of 2021 means the starting day of Japan’s spring holiday week so called “Golden Week”. Most people were taking a rest in their homes.

Awesome roads are so smooth, and lights are so bright makes the USA roads very sad good job Japan!
Higher population density in Japan and they tend to maintain what they build. We build something in the US and they wait for it to completely deteriorate and people start complaining before they replace or repair it
@@theorangepersonman Also doesn't help that US public transit infrastructure is pretty much non-existent, forcing everyone to dogpile onto the roads instead of having the option to take a bullet train like in Japan.

@@theorangepersonman Another thing to point out is that not everyone uses cars like the US. Public transport is the go-to for most residents so the roads aren't as packed
i always love Japanese road bridges Sound barriers on both sides of bridges which is so thoughtful and useful
Everything is so white and clean!! Is this heaven??
Wow wow wow. Goose bumps! The road is super neat, clean, tidy and very organized. People driving attitude was awesome and no jam at all. Amazing Japan. In Malaysia we are 100 years behind, our roads are congested, poor road system and confusing, pot holes and trashes etc etc. Salute Japan!
Indonesia is the worse no 1
Honestly, it's not so bad. Just that some areas are literally overlooked for repairs
@Jean-Philippe Rameau what?
@Jean-Philippe Rameau how they charge for usage. If they tollbooths, it's pretty much inefficient.

So beautiful city is Tokyo! Roads ,flyovers buildings are fascinating. Fortunate people are born in Japan.

OMG!!!! Like seriously..Tokyo's roads and infrastructure are just mind-blowing! Wow! Im super envious if this country.
Did anyone else’s heart drop when the vehicle looked it was going to crash into the arm at the toll booth thing in the beginning? Went from peacefully to heart racing good gracious😂
The highway looks like a video game because of how clean it is. Love to Japan from Korea ❤
35 million people in one city, that is insane....Exellent video, roads looking like brand new, good job Japan!
Population of tokyo itself is roughly 10 million.
So called greater metropolotan area as whole may have 35 mil people but that includes a lot of other cities and municipality from diferent prefectures.
just like in this video he went to yokohama which is considered as part of greater tokyo area but yokohama itself is capital city of kanagawa prefecture.
Thank you for sharing this drive with us, As an african citizen espacially Cameroonian i was at tokyo for 3 hours throught your video and this was so awesome to see. Hope i'll visit that town soon. Cheers !!
I am amazed. My city in the South of Italy has only 100,000 inhabitants and has 10 times the traffic I see here. IMPRESSIVE.
I am truly impressed by the competence of those who plan the traffic, and also by how the citizens drive, with conscience and diligence. Just a round of applause and a greeting. I would be PROUD if I were Japanese of this road system.
Absolutely amazing video so relaxing and the roads in Japan are so well made and so clean. Greetings from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Roads and Highways in UK and EU are so worst when compared to fastest growing industrialized Asian countries , even China also..
It's because we spend money on immigrants instead of our own infrastructure
Absolutely beautiful view from the interstate/freeway. I find the light but humming sound the car makes against the pavement as well as its gentle stops and starts very soothing and stress relieving. Having listened to rain showers and white noise for relaxation, this video combines visuals into the experience. These 4k drives are available in big cities around the world, some of my favorites so far are Stockholm and Chicago.

Bro, it looks like a video game. I would get completely lost driving in a place like this but that's amazing.
So calming. Oh those roads are so smooth, i didnt see single pothole. There isnt just 1 km in such good condition where i live in Slovakia. Different world, different galaxy.
I live in Yokohama- been gone 24 hours for a work trip and this video made my day!!!! Japan forever!! I’m never leaving!!! 🇯🇵 ❤❤❤❤
Tokyo just looks so pretty! This video is pure eye candy.
I love night drives🤩 a nice hot tea in a thermos, some good music, perfect drive.
My dream city....
Wow japan
Above his opinion may be not true from the fact that usually the traffic of these highways are like that of this video.

@@jdmguy44 depends on what you mean by “excellent” under a gas mileage context sure, the Prius is good. But in terms of performance no contest…. Prius’s have LESS THAN 100hp 🥱🤦♂️, who the hell is he challenging with that? This ain’t no downhill either, it’s a straightaway, he 100% get gapped while the other guy is not even halfway foot to the floor.
@@Sayydz Excellent as in fuel economy, ride quality, practicality, build and reliability, zero tax (here in the UK), well equipped, safe, easy and refined drive especially in town. Obviously its not a performance vehicle like a 911! Its a different type of vehicle. My point is I take issue with your comment suggesting the Prius is 'shitty' which is untrue. It is a very good car for its purpose. Also, I believe bhp on the current gen is 120.
